The Lion Foundation

The Lion Foundation’s purpose is to help good causes all around New Zealand.

As a Charitable Trust, we grant millions of dollars every year to a huge range of clubs, charities and community groups from large to small, in areas as diverse as health, education, sports, arts and culture. What they all have in common is that they each make a real and lasting difference to the community around them.

SPARC

Our vision: Everyone. Every day. Enjoying and excelling through sport and recreation.

Our Mission: Creating a sport and recreation environment where more New Zealanders participate, support and win.

Our priorities: young New Zealanders, grassroots sports, recreation, organisational capability of sport and recreation organisations, high performance sport.

NZCT

Kiwis love their sport, and NZCT loves to help them enjoy and participate in their sporting passions.

We are excited about the difference we make to sporting organisations all across the country. Whether it's a school group or adult team, a national sports body or elite competitor, we help New Zealanders of all ages and abilities to take part in just about every imaginable sporting code.

The Canterbury Community Trust

The Canterbury Community Trust was established in 1988 as a charitable trust, with the purpose of providing charitable, cultural, philanthropic and recreational benefits to the community.

The Trust serves Canterbury (North of the Rakaia River), the Nelson and Marlborough regions and the Chatham Islands.

Ministry of Social Development

Our Ministry is all about helping to build successful individuals, and in turn building strong, healthy families and communities.

It’s a big job - we’re tackling some of the big issues in society, like family violence and youth offending.

Pub Charity

As a Charitable Trust the focus of Pub Charity is on supporting communities all over New Zealand. We make a huge difference to a wide range of local causes each year by returning millions of dollars in gaming machine proceeds to New Zealand communities.
